[pology] [PATCH] -d support for Apertium in pomtrans

Hi,

I plan to translate KDE documentation into Galician using Apertium and then
reviewing the results manually, and I will try to fix any issue detected in
the automated translation in Apertium. That way I can kill two ducks in a
row, improve the English-Galician pair in Apertium and complete the
Galician translation of the KDE documentation.

But in order to do that I need the Apertium executable to use a custom data
folder, which is where I will test my improvements. So I decided to add a
new option to pomtrans so that it is possible to specify a custom language
data folder.

If you use some kind of review board system or there is some other way that
I should use to submit a patch, let me know.
