[pology] pomtrans unable to handle Norwegian .pot file?

Right, seems there is no Norwegian support packed. So to make sure I'm
working with the exact targets (file and language), I compiled the latest
Apertium and Norwegian support, following these intructions:

(Although this may go without saying, since my $PREFIX was custom for this
purpose alone, at start I've also added $PREFIX/bin to PATH and $PREFIX/lib
to LD_LIBRARY_PATH.)

I didn't really do any survey on this myself. I somehow still feel that
machine translation of English->my language plus manual fixing afterwards,
is more work than manual translation from scratch. But this is certainly
very much language-pair dependent, e.g. at least one person reported that
Google MT on English->Swedish plus fixing is less work than manual from
scratch.
