[pology] pyaspell not longer exists, replacement with enchant in pology

Hello:

I have noticed that the error I had (segmentation fault) when I was using
spell checking in pology, was due to pyaspell, that has dissappeared
recently.

I think that "pology/sieve/check-spell" should be deprecated and replaced
by "check-spell-ec".

Another problem I found is that "pology/pology/spell.py" uses pyaspell. I
have writen a patch that replace it with enchant.

I have tested it with my own translations and now all is working fine.
