[pology] pomtrans unable to handle Norwegian .pot file?

Ok, this now shows that Apertium is somehow not accepting input. Which
version of Apertium are you using? I tested with 3.1.0 (Debian packages) and
en-es language pair, and that works. You could anyway attach the PO file
you're experimenting with, so that I can test with both the appropriate
Apertium version and PO data.

By the way, that "meta error", of failing to report the error string, is
also clear now. It is a rather ugly bug, and it alone makes me release
Pology 0.10.1 as soon as possible. But first let's try to discover what is
going wrong with Apertium, so that any fix there also gets into 0.10.1.
